1. Who operates the site
The site is operated by Consortia Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (registration number HE 386363), with its registered office at Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Cyprus. Contact: thanos@cyprus-ip-box.com, +357 99 637 198.
2. Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about the Cyprus IP Box regime as it applies from 1 January 2026. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and it does not take account of your own circumstances. Whether the regime applies to you, and at what effective rate, depends on facts we cannot know from a website. Do not act on the basis of this site alone. Advice is given only under a signed engagement letter.
3. The calculator
The calculator produces an illustrative estimate from the numbers you type in and a set of simplifying assumptions, which are stated beneath it. It assumes, among other things, that all of your income is qualifying IP income, that the corporate tax rate is 15%, that the nexus fraction you select is achievable and documented, and that you qualify for Cyprus non-domiciled status. Real outcomes may be materially different. The calculator output is not a quotation, a projection, or a guarantee of any tax result, and we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on it.
4. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that any structure will achieve a particular effective tax rate, that the Cyprus Tax Department will issue a favourable ruling, or that any tax position will be accepted on audit. Tax law and its interpretation change. Figures on this site were accurate to the best of our knowledge on the "content last reviewed" date shown on the home page.
5. Fees
The initial consultation is free of charge and creates no obligation on either side. Any professional services are provided only under a written engagement setting out a fixed fee agreed in advance. Government fees, including the Cyprus Tax Department's advance ruling fee of €1,000 (standard) or €2,000 (expedited), are payable to the relevant authority and are not our fees. Third-party costs are itemised separately in any proposal.
6. Your use of the site
You may use the site for your own information. You may not copy or republish its content for commercial purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The design, text and calculator are owned by Consortia Ltd.
7. Third-party services and links
Bookings are handled by Calendly and hosting by Cloudflare; the explainer video is hosted on this site. Each has its own terms. Links to external sites, including CyLaw and government resources, are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Consortia Ltd excludes liability for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects the terms of any signed engagement letter, which will govern any advice we actually give you.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data, including cookies, is set out in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
